Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

1. In the unlikely event of an unsuccessful trial, we will refund any deposits paid for the actual day of your event (but not the trial itself).

2. If you have received a quote, then between that time and you securing your booking your stylist has become booked out on your date and is no longer available. 

 

3. If your stylist is unable to accept your booking for any reason.


Please note: If the number of people in your booking are reduced, the deposit amount paid for the cancelled person is forfeited and cannot be paid towards other people's costs in the booking. Eg. If 2 makeups are booked, a $50 deposit is paid ($25 per person). Should 1 person cancel, $25 will be forfeited.
